What is the cancellation policy?
It’s easy. You can cancel or change your appointment any time up to 2 hours in advance for no charge.
- If you cancel within 2 hours of your appointment, there will be a $10 service charge. However, rebook within 24 hours and we’ll apply the charge toward your next service.
- We understand things come up, but please make an effort to cancel as soon as you can. There will be a $25 service fee for customers who do not cancel or show up for their appointment.
What services are included in my appointment?
All full synthetic oil changes include windshield wiper blade inspections, engine air filter inspections, tire tread depth inspections and more. Click here for a full list of services and optional add-ons, including tire rotations.
Can I book an appointment for both of my vehicles at the same time?
Yes! If you’d like to have additional vehicles serviced during your GoMobileX appointment, please schedule an appointment for each vehicle at the same time (if a slot is available) or in an adjacent time slot. Customers who book concurrent or consecutive appointments will receive $5 off each additional vehicle serviced.

Where can I get my oil changed?
GoMobileX brings the oil change directly to you! Just tell us the place and time. Of course, you’ll need to be authorized to use the space (such as your home or office) and it must be safe to perform service.

How long does an oil change service take?
With GoMobileX, it’ll feel like no time at all! Traditional oil changes can take hours once you factor in your drive and wait times at the dealership or repair shop. Eliminate these hassles and make the most of your precious time with the oil change that comes directly to you.
Our experienced technicians will need around one hour at your home or other location to complete your service. You can spend that time working or relaxing — nice, right?
How much does an oil change cost?
GoMobileX service starts at $99.99 for 5 quarts of Mobil Super Synthetic motor oil starts at $149.99 for 5 quarts of Mobil 1 Advanced Full Synthetic / European Formula.
How can I obtain a copy of services performed?
Upon completion of service, the Multi-Point Inspection Report will be sent to you along with your invoice. Misplaced an MPI? No problem, email support@gomobilex.com and we will help provide any information you need.
Premium Oil Product FAQs
How often should you change your oil?
We recommend you change your oil as defined by your OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). That said, by using a high quality oil product, you can drive much farther between oil changes. That’s why we use only premium Mobil 1 oil. It lasts 7,500 miles — 50% more than a traditional oil change.
Does GoMobileX offer a warranty on oil products?
Yes! We partner with premier brand Mobil 1, which offers a full warranty on all products based on the designated service intervals.
Is GoMobileX insured?
Yes! Our insurance covers service-related issues to your vehicle and property. Plus, Mobil 1 products offer a full warranty based on the designated service intervals.
Is Mobil 1 good oil?

Do you recycle oil?
Yes! All waste oil is recycled. That said, GoMobileX never uses recycled oil for new services.
How do you prevent oil from spilling?
We have a closed loop system that extracts oil from your dipstick, limiting the chance of a spill anywhere on your property. As an additional precaution, absorbent, non-permeable oil mats are placed from under the engine compartment of your vehicle to underneath the rear of the GoMobileX vehicle. Finally, we have remediation processes and materials on each van in case of a spill.
What happens if you don’t change your oil?
Clean, fresh oil lubricates your engine and keeps it running at peak performance. Over time, the oil breaks down and must be replaced. Overdue oil change symptoms include your oil change light or check engine light illuminating, engine noises and knocking sounds, exhaust smoke and dirty oil. Every vehicle is different and you may need an oil change more often than you think.
